A/V production is a big and important skillset. It's not glamourous or cutting edge; it's a barebones essential skill that takes a lot of time to learn.
I started learning A/V production because of my love for music. It's an addictive pursuit and sometimes expensive hobby. But the ability to make something wonderful out of thin air, and record it and share it with the world is nothing short of magic.
